We are working on a multi-stakeholder solution, but for now the only way to combine multiple interviews to create your Brand Story and Content package is to contact us. We’re happy to help, but please be aware that there will be a small fee for each additional stakeholder interview.

How long will it take me to answer the questions in my AI interview?

Answering the questions should take you between 20-30 minutes. You don’t need to write anything down during the interview – just follow the instructions on screen and speak your answers into your phone or computer. If you need to pause during the interview, you can save your progress and come back to complete the questions at your convenience.

Is there anything I need to do to prepare for my interview?

No. But you might want to sit with each question for a couple of minutes before beginning your answer. You can also take longer and jot down some notes before answering, if you want. If ideas occur to you after you’ve finished your answer, you’ll have a chance to share them at the end of the interview.

What types of questions will I be asked in my interview?

The Brand Voices team has completed thousands of interviews with financial advisors, business owners, and brand managers so we understand exactly which questions to ask to create the richest brand stories. You will be asked about your personal experiences and history because we want your brand story to be as authentic and relatable as possible.

How long does it take to receive my Brand Story & Content package?

You will receive your unique Brand Story & Content package within 2 business days of completing your interview. The contents of the package will be ready for immediate implementation on your website, marketing materials and LinkedIn.

How do I use the Brand Story & Content package?

Your Brand Story & Content package includes implementation guidelines showing how to incorporate key elements across your website, LinkedIn and other channels. We want to make it as easy as possible to update your existing communications or create new marketing materials.

Can I make changes to the Story and/or Content?

You have full editing capabilities so can edit/update the story whenever you want. If you feel that your Brand Story doesn’t capture the essence of your business, you can log into your dashboard and go through the interview process one more time. On the Revision Round, you might want to spend more time thinking about the questions and provide more detailed answers.

Will my Brand Story and Content Package be unique?

Yes. Just as no two advisors have identical backgrounds, approaches, or client bases, no two stories will be exactly the same. Our Story Engine has been trained to identify the authentic differentiators that make your business unique and will avoid generic industry language.

Will my Brand Story and Content Package meet regulatory compliance demands?

Brand Voices has been developed with FINRA, SEC and other financial industry regulations in mind. While we do everything possible to ensure your brand story meets all regulatory requirements, it is your sole responsibility to submit content and materials to your compliance department for review before implementation.
